Sarah Slaton wears many hats. From a burgeoning solo artist, Spokesbuzz development director, manager at the Vinefield agency and now, to band ringleader with a full-length album.
Slaton plays lead vocals in Edison, a Denver super-group consisting of drummer and co-vocalist, Dustin Morris and ex-Lumineers ax-man, Maxwell Hughes.
After many years of touring, Edison conjured up a healthy following that has led them to a new home on New York based record label, Rhyme and Reason Records, with whom they’ll their first full length album, “Familiar Spirit,” on September 16.
Look for Slaton and crew to take the action back on the road starting tonight at Piano’s in NYC with multiple Colorado dates including a show at the Underground Music Showcase next month.
